Help ID a rifle bolt

Got this in a box of stuff. Yes, someone took the serial number off.

It looks like European, centerfire, with a Target knob.

Can't find anything in my research that looks like it.
Tried most makers I can think of. Not a Walther or Anshutz... Any help ?

  Krico made some bolts like that. Weird, looks like they patterned it after a golf ball.
