Remington 760 in 300 Savage cal.

Can anyone tell me the approximate number of Remington 760 in cal. 300 Savage that were made ? I notice on the GunBroker the 760's in this caliber are listed as rare or scarce. Any info is appreciated. Terrill

  The Bluebook lists 300 Savage and 35 Remington as 10% premium. In 223 Rem they list as 200 made, and rare in 244 Rem.

  While a little rarer, than say the 30-06, 308 Win., 270 Win, 243, 6mm Rem., etc, they are not uncommon. A lot of folks on the auction side list things as rare, when trying to add to the sales description.
