After taking a closer look Id put it at 98% rather than mint.
There is quite a bit of blueing loss on the sides of the sight hood and a small spot(about 1/16 x 1/8in.)of loss on the barrel band.
I had been looking for a pre-64 and this one is nice so I went ahead with the purchase.
Can someone tell me if these sight hoods are hard to come by,and if the pre-64 hoods differ from post-64s?
    Thank You.

    EDIT:
I found some hoods on the auction side.
Should have looked there before asking the question.

I suppose I should already know about the winny thing since I have had a few Winchesters for a while now:
    M1 Carbine.
    1890 22short.
    1892 38-40 octogon.
    94 30-30 post-64(1975).
I will certainly try to be more sensitive in the future.

Sorry no pics.I really need to take some time to learn how to post them.
Thank you all for your comments.
