Carbon AR stock removal
Anyone know how to take the buttstock off of a Carbon AR?? I have a Bushmaster that I bought a couple of years ago.
I was going to put on a Buttstock sling mount. I don't see a castle nut or indent button or anything neat like that. I thought I might check to see if anyone else has done it, or knows how before I just start trying to unscrew things.

the little lever you use to adjust the length. Instead of squeezing it towards the buffer tube to collapse or extend it, pull it away from the buffer tube while extending it. It will come right off. No tools needed. Replacement installs the same way 0 -
