Looking for a fair value of unused bluing tanks

40 inches long, 8.5" wide and 6" high, with a lip around the top, so you can cradle them in a framework. I have 3, all are unused, they are well made but have some surface rust.

What is a fair value, what is the best way of shipping them, and is GB the best place to try to get rid of them?
