R. Stolle Panda .222 Benchrest

A friend just inherited a R Stolle Panda in .222 Remington caliber from his Father.He is seeking information on the bench rest rifle.Serial is #7318 with the 8 seeming out of line with the rest a little.
Any info or direction to info is much appreciated.

  That Panda has many features of an early action but there's no way anyone here can give you much information about it. I'd send a description and photos (reduced in size) to Kelbly's and ask them to confirm what it is. The keep pretty good records of all of the actions.

  I believe the first two digits of the serial number are the year of manufacture.
