Changing a scope reticle???

Dose anybody know of a company or person that will change/replace the reticle of vintage Redfield, Weaver or say a Kollmorgen scopes? I would like a #1 German, post and cross hair, fine cross hair and fine dot, fine cross hair and small circle or may by a custom set-up.
Will Leupold work on other then there scopes?

  You can still get the Lee Dot.

  But not in all makes and models of scope, check the list.
  
  Ironsight Inc. will put a No 1 German in Redfield and Weaver scopes.

  and might well put in a finer than standard crosshair.

  I never heard of an aftermarket ring reticle.
  
  Premier Reticles went to selling their own brand of scope rather than working on others.
  
  I doubt Leupold will work on off brand scopes.
