I am not being able to make bids on G.B. and doinot know why. Coustomer Service is not being helpful. What can I do?

Did you register and log in on the auction side? Registration & log-ins over there are separate from the Forums.

Review feedback you have received on your auction transactions. This would be a good indicator, regarding the problem(s) you're having.

If you have bid on items in the past, without satisfactorily completing the transaction. This has tendency to made the seller extremely unhappy.
