.32 Ammunition

I have a revolver chambered for the .32 H&R magnum.My question is,will .32 ACP ammo work in this revolver? Thanks.

32 ACP ammo has what is called a "semi-rim". Some folks have reported that it has been successfully used in revolvers chambered for the 32 S & W Long cartridge, and it's derivatives. Although if the rim slips past the ejector star. You might wind up with the 32 ACP cartridges jammed in the cylinder, and the revolver inoperable.

no.. but you can fire S&W 32 short and longs

It will fire but it is not recommended.
