Magnum Research BRR 45/410

Does any one know if Magnum Research builds this revolver with a 10" barrel? I went to their website, it listed 5" & 7 1/2". I will probably have to call them tomorrow and ask. Just wondering if some one here knew. Got a customer hot to buy.

  a 410 revolver is useless in a rifled barrel after 2"

  I would go for the 45-70. You can get upwards of an ounce and an eighth if you hand load. There are some tricks that help patterns in rifled tubes, but generally it doesn't work all that well.

  Rifled barrels throw a donut pattern. Close up for snakes and rats it's not too bad.
  Whatever your buyer wants is cool.

  7 1/2" is the longest in 45-410, just called Magnum Research.
  As I said in the initial post, it's not for me, it's for a customer.
