I'm usually pretty good at these things.
But this one is bugging me. Have three of these, I got from a auction.
It's 270 or 30-06 size, takes 5 shots, single stack. Plastic Bottom and Follower. The Back spline is in a zig-zag pattern (like a SIG). Some numbers in the inside of the base. Assume its European?
No US magazine I can find that is close. Not in any referance books I can find. Looks pretty good quailty if it wasn't so messed up, looks like it had blood on it.
