They can run from 7.5lbs up to 10lbs..the rimfires go 13lbs. If you can't find springs for it there is a trick that is supposed to smoothen things up a little more. Remove the grips and put some CLP in the oil port(instructions are in the manual) its a pivot pin that you push slightly out and drop oil in. Then proceed to sit in your recliner, put on a movie and pull the trigger approx 2500 times. It seems to break it in according to the ruger forum people. Cylinder & Slide could probably do an action job for $145. 0 -

I think the LCR already has a light enough trigger and to me seems smoother than some current manufactured S&W's. You also have to be careful going too light because of light primer strikes. The LCR definately has a lighter trigger pull than my dao Taurus 850. The wife can handle the Taurus just fine but wants a LCR with the Crimson Trace grips. 0
