Any one know how to disassemble this rifle for cleaning? It has a barrel nut and small lever (for lack of better term) on side of the action that secures or locks something. It does not move at all. I have not tried to turn the barrel nut since I am unfamiliar with the procedures.

  Got this with a search of GOOGLE. Apparently a lot of folks have had similar problems as you. Good Luck!
  
  " It has a recessed side latch which captivates the barrel.
  It also has a barrel nut with holes counter bored around its circumference. The bolt handle pulls out and is designed to fit into these holes to be used as a lever to tighten the barrel to the receiver.
  You first secure the barrel with the side latch, then you tighten the barrel nut.
  This ensures a tight lock-up every time.

  So, if I understand him correctly (and I take no responsibility if this ain't right), to disassemble, you'd loosen the barrel nut first with the bolt handle as your lever, then you'd use the latch to release the barrel."
