Try the starting loads for FMJ bullets
The SFIRE might be lead as the GRS of powder is lower, of so se that data.

Using standard 9mm, 115 grain data. Increase the powder load from 1/2 to 1 grain. Lighter bullets are a shorter overall length as compared to the normal 115 & 124 grain 9mm bullets. Load the 100 grainers so that the case can be taper crimped on the closests parallel surface to the forward part of the bullet.

I wouldn't sweat any loads for plated bullets, as they are meant for plinking, target practice etc.

Steve's Pages has lots of loads for 100gr 9mm. The plating on Xtreme bullets is so thin you can just use the same loading data as for cast bullets.
