TC hawken set trigger question

Bought a .50 hawken with the set trigger disconnected. Seller said if it was not disconnected I would have to use the set every time I fired it. Emailed TC and got no answer.

Is it true? If not, how would I reconnect it?

  Take it out of the stock and post a picture of it. It may be just a simple screw adjustment.

  cybyerly, You were right! While taking it apart I adjusted the screw and the set trigger now works perfectly.
