Win. M70. pre-64/post-64 part question

Are the safety lock plunger and safety lock plunger spring on type 1 pre-64 model 70s the same as post-64(pre-USRA) model 70s? Thanks.

  I didn't dismantle the bolt sleeve, but the safety lever works old/new and new/old with the firing pin. All of the dimensions that I can see appear to be virtually the same. The new lever has a little more dog-leg (viewed from the top) but that shouldn't affect the operation.
