Mauser extractor

I have a Turk mauser and the extractor is woren off on one side, or seems to be. Are mauser 98 extractors the same or any others?

  I think most are tapered by design. Does it extract case from the chamber and feed from the magazine ok?

  all mauser m-98 extractors are the same except the mexicans. wowever some fitting may be rquired

  It will almost feed all the way in,(you have to poke it in with your finger.) It will not extract.

  This is what the business end of a Mauser extractor looks like. If yours doesn't appear similar? Get a replacement.
