Credit Card Processing Co. ???

Short version of a long story :
Last year we switched to a 'new credit card processor' , was having all kinds of problems with the 'old processor' ( so they are out !)!
Bought a new computer recently with all new hardware , Have tried to get the 'credit card processor' to get this thing right now for bout three-four (3-4) weeks now ??? Everytime we talk , its something else ?
So :
Any suggestions on a really good credit card processing service provider ??? Im thinkin there has to be some-one who is reliable ???
