another H.S. double nine question
the double action trigger pull on this gun is unbelievable. i put my fish scale on it and it broke at 27,28 lbs every time. i know this is not accurate but does give an indication of what i'm dealing with. is this "normal" for this pistol? can it be improved to something reasonable? thanks

I'm sure it can be slicked up some. Perhaps stoning some working surfaces, different springs, alignment and bushing/peening to lessen binding come to mind.
I really like my HD Military and the Sport King my dad had. My Sport King had a 14" Remington rifle barrel fitted. Good shooters. I never like HS wheel guns.
