dust covers with Gen 2 Pmags?

What are the differences in the original Pmags and the Gen 2 Pmags? Are the dust covers no longer needed or are they to be bought seperately? Thank you.

  I found on the Aim Surplus website that the "Impact/Dust Cover no longer included"! Other than this, they are the same mags.
