Ruger 10/22 Trigger ID Help

I am trying to figure out who manufactured this trigger group for a Ruger 10/22...any help would be greatly appreciated. It appears to have an extended mag release and bolt hold open built in along with a adjustable trigger.

  That trigger is made by JARD. They are great triggers, for a 10-22.
