Any prohibitions on sending bayonet lugs or adapters to any states?

There is no Federal law against it. Even if there is a state or local law against it, that would not be enforceable against a resident of another state.

If you are concerned, you can look it up in ATF P5300.5.

In some states like NJ, possession of parts along with an otherwise legal rifle would constitute having the means to assemble an assault rifle & be a crime for the resident.

Never heard of one.

As mentioned, IF you live in a state where guns with this feature are prohibited and IF you have such a gun AND such a part that could be used to convert an otherwise legal gun into an illegal, then you MIGHT be criminally liable for "constructive possession".

But that's up to the person owning/holding the part.

I've also never heard of any criminal charges being issued (let alone an actual conviction) over a bayonet lug part.

I'm also aware of no rules prohibiting the shipping or transfer of these particular parts.
