states I can't ship a Gen3 Glock 21 to?
Need to list a Gen3 G21 on the auction side, had it "sold" as a special deal on another forum but the buyer lives in Mass. and it isn't a pre-98... so... off to auction side it goes. More $ for me.
But... what states can't I ship to? Has 2 13 round magazines.

I believe that the 13 round magazines are going to cause you more problems than the gun itself. Either sell it without the mags or get hold of some of the 10 rounders, that were all around before the hi-cap law sunsetted. 0 -
This is not your problem.
Federal law says that you can transfer a gun to a dealer in any state. A dealer in a restrictive state can always make LE sales of items the general population can't get. Once you get paid, & the buyer says that his dealer's willing to accept the item from you, you are good to go. His dealer is the one who must know if the transfer is legal, & he won't do it if it isn't.

EDIT: For a handgun, shipping through your LGS is often the best choice. The only limitation is the flexibility of the LGS owner. If the buyer decides to return the gun, or is unable to complete the purchase, the receiving FFL will probably want to return it to your LGS, not directly to you.0 -
What Neal said. Shipping guns to another State is one of the most mis-understood facts, made more confusing and complicated than it needs to be. There are no Federal laws prohibiting you from shipping a firearm to an 01 FFL in any State. There may be a problem with the buyer taking possession at his end, but that's his responsibility, not yours. An astute buyer would be smart to make absolutely sure that the FFL can complete the transfer on his end. Otherwise he could lose all or a large part of his money and take a long time to recover whatever amount he can negotiate with the FFL.

What about limitations for a FFL shipping to a FFL? I plan on selling, xfer the item to a local shop and pay them to ship it for me usps - already arranged, helps the lgs out and costs less than next day over night fedup.
