I know it's a High Standard Sentinel. But which R number? Anyone know? Need to find parts.

  Either go to John Stimpsons site, or post him a specific question on here.
  
  It will depend on your revolvers serial number. Sears started selling them in the mid 50's With the R 100. They were sold by them as late as the early 60's with the model R 103.
