Refinish Colt Trooper Mk III

How much do y'all think Colt would charge to refinish a Nickle 4" Trooper Mk III ?

Any WAG's, Opinions, or experiences would be appreciated.

I could always wait and call on Monday, but what's the fun in that?

  According to the Colt website $375. Just go to their website and they have price lists for custom work. Scroll to the bottom of the page on this link for all their prices.

  I've seen it reported here that Colt no longer does this in house. They contract it out. If you check archived posts you may find who is doing it for them and check if going direct to contractor would be less expensive. It will probably make a difference in price if you want bright nickel as opposed to the matte finish electroless nickel.
