    My WAG is that the sear has become hung up for some reason. This is causing the Bolt problems, you describe.

    Separate receiver from stock by backing out forward screw on bottom of stock.

    There are two screws on the left side of the receiver visible when the stock has been separated. The rear screw when removed frees up the sear. Hopefully this will allow you to remove bolt.

    Note that the safety has to be all the way forward, and the trigger pulled to get the bolt out.
