Help identifying parts

Gunswapper
I need help identifying some gun parts. The first is a rear sight I think is military. There is a capital 'H', a capital 'N', a capital 'J' inside a circle, and the # '569' stamped on the bottom of the left half and a capital 'N' and the # '569' stamped on the bottom of the right half (I am not sure about the capital 'N', it could be a capital'R'). There is a screw horizontally through the front end.

Next is a lifter assembly I think is for a 12 gauge shotgun.

    Don't know about Savage 720, but the Remington and Browning use two pivot screws.

    So that would be the Speed Feed for the Browning?
    If so I've just learned something. Never been inside one of those models.
