Shipping to Colorado
Hi, I just sold a PSL-54-c to a guy in Colorado on the auction side. I know they just passed a new law there, and I was wondering if it is ok to ship this to his FFL

Unless the new CO laws are really extreme, there is no law that prohibits you from shipping a legal long gun to an FFL 01 Dealer.
If the guy getting the gun is prohibited from possessing it in any way, the FFL will sort that out when he fills out the paperwork. The onus is really on the buyer. You cannot be expected to know the laws of CO, or any other State except your own.

Brian, looks like you fled Ca. just to have it follow you there. Things here in Ca. are getting out of hand. I'm fearing a 5c a round bullet tax, along with "annual ammunition purchaser licensing," to be the rule here soon.
I'm certain these'll do so much to stop crime!0
