with year and if barrel original to gun if possible..
It has the letter R stamped on left near the receiver improved cylinder with rifle sites serial #AB088351M

  Remington's have DOM code on left side of barrel just forward of receiver.
  
  Contact customer service at Remington to see if they can give DOM and barrel type from the serial number.
