Yes they can most likely be reloaded. You might want to find an old shotshell ironer to redistribute the wax in the hulls and make for good tight crimps but i'm sure that i could find some old recipes to be able to use them if you need them.

Many a last load of federal champion's were string and wax. Made a nice candle for fire starting. AA's don't work as well.

If you like I can post some pages out of an older manual that lists loads for paper hulls. What are you asking for the for sale hulls?

You'll need to find some paper hull specific data and wads.

I have found it advantageous to roll crimp paper. You can get in more shot with a modern plastic wad, mark the contents on the over shot card. Roll criimper works with cordless drill. Criimper and overshot cards, even see thru plastic over shot cards avail from ballistic products.

I have the 1st edition Lyman shotshell handbook. There are a bunch of loads contact me via email with what weight of shot you intend to use one piece wads will be hard to find Most recipes take the winchester AA red.I happen to have 422 of those on auction now. The only other one piece wad is an alcan flite max #3

Get a Lyman shot shell loading book. Paper hulls were probably loading with fiber cushion wads and may not work well with plastic wads. Paper hulls are mostly good for only one reloading before they burn through at the base.

Clearly untrue. I have loaded paper you years. You can use a single plastic wad if you have the correct wad and I get a minimum of 5 loads sometimes many more

it won't work with AA white and you have to be careful what powder you use
Be careful. What specific primer , powder, and what will you use and how much powder & shot
