Since a Pressure Cooker appears to be the weapon of choice for the Bombings in Boston. I suggest a three day waiting period to buy a pressure cooker. Complete background check. and of course registration of all persons in the US who owns a pressure cooker..

Makes since doesn't in lieu of what the Senate is doing..
