If your really want to enhance the trigger pull. You might consider setting it up with a purpose built single action trigger.

There is a gunsmith located in Mesa AZ that specializes in CZ handguns. I have bought stuff from him in the past. One of his products is a aftermarket single action trigger. He also carries various aftermarket springs and other things to tune CZ's.

I believe his business is Ghost Products/Industries?. Likely you can find him by GOOGLEing.

Don't know the answer, but I'll just comment that the trigger on my own pre-B CZ-75 is really good. While not exactly 1911-like its smooth and about 5lb with minimal creep and its noticeably better than the CZ-75Bs I've tried.

One gun instructor who tried it remarked that he couldn't believe the trigger wasn't modified. Don't know if this was touched up at the Frankonia factory that modified the rest of the gun or not, but I've heard that other "pre-B" guns also have good triggers, and in this case I wouldn't mess with mine.

On your gun, I can see adjusting the hammer spring, but not sure why you would need to mess with the recoil spring.

IIWY, I'd just start by polishing the trigger engagement surfaces. A crisper/smoother pull will feel lighter and improve your shooting, even if the absolute pull weight is unchanged. Messing with the hammer spring is a good way to reduce firing reliability, something again, I'd be reluctant to do.

If you want a really good SA pull, supposedly you can get down to as little as 2lb and crisp by recutting the sear engagement surfaces, though this is not a job for people who don't know what they're doing, and I'd have a gunsmith to it for me. See here for the complete trigger job:
