Type 11 FFL?

Is it fine to send a gun to a type 11 FFL for transfer, A type 11 is "Importer of destructive devices" ?

Wasn't a type of FFL I see very often so thought I would just double check.

  type 1, 2, 7, 9, 10 and 11 ffl's may act as dealers of title one firearms and title two items as allowed based on their license and sot's.
  
  type 10 and 11 ffl's with sot's are the holiest of holies in ffl's. with the sot(and possibiily one or two more things, like an fel), the only thing a type 10 cant do is import guns. conversely, all other things being equal, the only thing a type 11 cant do is manufacture them.
