Volley sight question

Is the front indicator (sight piece) and screw interchangeable between the No. 1 Mk III and the pattern 14 rifles? I'm trying to find one for my P14.

  I believe they are....but I'm no 'expert' on them. I can send pix if you need them. gun parts had parts a few years ago
