Lapua Brass - Gold Box vs. Blue Box

Is there any difference in quality? I need some 6BR brass, and I have only found (1) gold box.

  Precision shooters can be a very superstitious lot. They tend to get hidebound with what they will accept and use as opposed to acquiescing to some change. This is the situation with the 'Gold Box' and the 'Blue Box'.
  
  Lapua did not change anything in their manufacturing process when they changed the packaging. Only the box changed.

  Lapua does tend to spoil us. Well worth the price![:)]

  The neck thickness on the brass in the Gold boxes are of a smaller diameter is the only difference.
  About .001 difference is all, but it is different...
