Too light a load may not cycle your autoloader.

I load 15 gr of Alliant 20/28 with Win 209 primer and Claybuster CB1075 3/4 oz wads. Works fine in my 20 ga. Rem 1100.

Capper you are right, 3/4 oz. shot with 12.0 grains of Internation at 1125 fps will not cycle my 20g Benelli. It is brand new, with only 10-12 rounds thought it, maybe it will do better when broke in good.

You have to shoot a 1200 fps or higher for a benelli to cycle...they will not cycle with nobel sport shells either..

Benellisupersport, do you shoot a benelli? Wondering how you like them, first new shotgun I ever bought. 67 years old and my dad bought me a Browning sweet 16 when I was 16, thinking about a semi-retirment for the Browning. Really like the 20 so far. I went all out for me and got the Benelli Montefeltro Silver.

Montefeltro is a sweet 20ga too. Beautiful wood on it too.

pretty wood is one reason I bought a Montefeltro Silver. I thank a gun should not only shoot good but look good too. I will take care of it and pass it along to one of my boys in a few years.
