Ruger & MA approved

It seems none of the new Ruger MK III's are MA approved right now.They were in the past, so can we MA residents purchased used MKIII's?

  If any given gun was legally "imported" into MA, it can be legally allowed to be transferred from person to person, or via a dealer in State.
  
  So yes, you can buy used MkIIIs in MA. . .assuming you can actually find one for sale IN STATE.
  
  For help call Four Seasons in Woburn MA. . .great store, and if they don't have one of these pistols in stock, they can probably help locate one.
