WTK Ruger Mk1 mainspring assembly-same as Mk2 or 3

Want To Buy a Ruger Mark 1 or Standard model mainspring assembly. Does anyone know if the later Mk 2 or 3 models will work? Found where i can get the Mk3, but have not seen any Mk1's for sale.

  gunparts list the Mk1 and 2 as the same part number (37 224310) the Mk3 is a different number and looks different.
