There are two possibilities as to what your scope might be.

The 1 5/8 Inch Champion Telescopic Sight, 26.0 inches in length.
    It came in 10, 12, 16, 20, 24 and 30 power. It had 1.625" Objective
    lens.

The 1 1/2 Inch Super Target Telescopic, Length 25.0 inches, 1.5" objective lens. It came in 8 10, 12.5 and 16 power.

No other Fecker scopes are listed in Old Rifle Scopes by Stroebel that are near the length that you gave.

Well, I got the length minus the rubber eyecup.
And that still gives me s SWAG for power.
So I'm going to guess 16 power, bot it is a small dia. tube.

I can't help on the power. I looked up your scope in the 1950 issue of Stoegers Shooter's Bible. The 1 1/2 target scope came in 10, 12, 16, 20, or 24 power and did have a 3/4" main tube dia. Most of those old target scopes had 3/4" tubes. The Unertls did, up to the 2" where they went to 1". I believe the Lymans did, too. Your scope sold for $93.50 in 1950 which was a lot of money in those days (or I would have had one!). There must be a way to gauge the magnification of a scope but I can't think of one.

Compare it to a variable scope with a 10 to 24 power range looking at a target that was designed for sighting in a rifle; you could get close
