Winchester 1894, T/D, 25-35, lock up ?
I have a 1894, 25-35 take down, 9+ bore, VG wood, VG Blueing that is kind of my pride and joy of my young collection. My questions is, when tightening the mag tube to the notch, it is ever so slightly loose in the take down joint. Is there anyway to tighten this up, or just go past the notch until it's snug (within reason of course)
thanks,
thanks,

Tightening the magazine tube beyond the notch in the bottom of the barrel will have no effect on the loose take down joint. The correct method of tightening up the take down joint is to tighten the three adjustment screws on the backside of the take down extension ring. 0
