It's not possible to date them exactly but here is a link that may help you narrow the period:

Its a Stevens Favorite Model 1894. DOM cant be determined but the style of extractor will give hints whether its an early or later time frame that it was mfg. If the extractor is at the 7 O'clock position its very early. There were at least 3 other extractor shapes during the life of this model. 0
