The "Rhonda Fields" are running the country....women are treading on gun rights....Do they need to be in the position?[:o)]

You are right ! Take a hard look at Emily's List a PAC devoted solely to getting female democrats into office. They are aligned with 'America Votes' (see my signature line), The Sierra Club, NAACP, The Brady Campaign and the ugly list goes on.
You bet they have an anti-gun agenda in this country.
As long as this country keeps electing the Diane Feinsteins, the Nancy Pelosi's, the Barbara Boxers and so on and so on, this is never going to end.

    Regards,
    Chris

Our society is moving steadily to a one gender nation...women want to be men and men are being emasculated and wimpified all the time. It starts in school and continues on televison where men are portrayed as ignorant jerks and women as the problem solvers.

    Well said Colonel.

Colorado is not liberal, Denver and the Front Range has been over run by liberals and the republican politicians in Colorado are experts at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Every where except Front Range(and a couple liberal enclaves, Aspen-Vail type places) is pretty conservative and very pro gun.

Sad day in Colorado, all four gun control measures passed house and on their way to senate where they will likely pass.

BTW- Colonel, after spending 2 years in S Carolina I think I can say I doubt you would want to do more than visit occasionally.

It is sometimes difficult to imagine that politicians can be that stupid. Fedreal law already requires background checks on all internet sales. You have to go through an FFL to get a modern gun shiped to you. Any magazine limit is a waste of time...

They are not stupid; they are Machiavellian ("characterized by subtle or unscrupulous cunning, deception, expediency, or dishonesty: He resorted to Machiavellian tactics in order to get ahead.")in order to stay in power. Logic and common sense aren't part of the calculus when it comes to passing "feel good" laws.

I've been to Colorado many times. It's filling up with liberal kooks and "green" people. And now, since they legalized pot, a flood of "druggies" are moving there. My vacation money will no longer be going there.

Tell me about it!!! I was born there and thought I would never leave, BUT in 99 when I retired I could see what was happening and moved to AK!
Everyone of those people I talked to said they were moving from CA were moving to get away from all the craziness, but they brought it with them!!![:(!]

You gonna tell me how you're going to wreck Colorado's third largest industry?

    Call for a boycott?

    Good luck with that.

Jared Wright was on the radio talking about the gun ban nonsense. He tried to stop it the votes were not there.

I guess the media is fooling the politicians into thinking Americans want more gun control. Wait till election time.

NY, CA, CO, who's next? I hope you are all following NY with their law suits and non compliance, and/or moving. If NC starts with this I'll be fighting it for sure, but I'm still fully intending on moving no matter what happens here.

We in NY will fight until the end. As one Pro Gun Politician said at the march in Albany - "We will fight till hell freezes over, Then we will fight on the ice".
