    Might, depending on what the parts used are...

    But then, 922r applies to whoever built it, not possesses it. So if you buy it, it really don't matter to you - until you start replacing parts. Of course, the BATFE hasn't stated *how* much changing or replacement of parts defines "assembling", but there is a Letter floating around falfiles about how removing and inserting the magazine isn't assembling.

    The stock is marked Tapco, US. If the original stock was Russian, adding a US stock only ups the US parts count. If the original stock was US, it's a wash.

    I don't see any 922R issue with that shotgun. It looks like it comes with the original stock if you're that uncomfortable.
