Need Help-What is the old Rifle Receiver ? (PICS)

Found it in the bottom of a pail in the back of the old barn in the yard.

  Looks like my Premier .22 pump or a Keystone that I have. I think they may have been made by Savage. Maybe someone else will chime in.
