Selling/shipping from Ca.
Hi guys,
Want to sell an Armalite 50L lh, and want to list on GunBroker.
I've read everything I can find but the answer does not seem to show up.
Can I ship from Ca. personally, or do I need an FFL to do it?
Everything else I think I have figured.
Any specific advise or a "blueprint" for a sucessful transaction appreciated.

You can ship it but it just has to go to a FFL dealer(and one that accepts guns from non ffl's so make sure to put that in your auction.) You can also have a FFL in CA ship it for you..just find out what they will charge you to do that and price your auction shipping charges accordingly. You can legally mail a long gun through the US Post office cheaper than UPS or FedEx. You can only ship handguns UPS or FedEx or FFL. 0 -
You can ship out of California it is just harder to ship in. Ruger41 pretty much summed it up in a nutshell for you. 0
