M1A's are NOT banned in Calif, and neither are 5 round mags.

Any mag 10 rds or less is legal for sale to Cal, it does not matter what gun it's for. The gal you spoke to is operating on bad info.

Not unusual for E-Bay to 1) not knowing what they are talking about and 2) Ban something based on what they think and 3) refuse to talk or rectify when they are wrong.

I recently had a WWII German dress bayonet removed (and was penalized for)because E-Bay claimed it had hateful discriminatory inflammatory markings that I had attempted to 'cover' up in the photograph.

A standard German WWII dress bayonet doesn't even have waffanamts on it, only marking was the maker "Everitz, Solingen". No attempt to cover up on any of the 5 photos.

No amount of e-mails or phone calls ever resulted in them changing their position or admitting they made a mistake.

    Typical Flea-Bay arrogance.

The M1A is not banned but it must be fitted with a muzzel break and cannot have the usual flash hider. Bayonet lugs are not banned in CA so you can hang a three foot sword off the end of the rifle and no one cares.

I sell my magazines in any capacity on GunBroker! No listing fees, final value fees are more reasonable, and they don't force you to use "their" electronic payment system which they also get to take another 3 percent of your money.
Sell you old shoes on ebay, sell your gunstuff on GunBroker

    Dave45-70,

Actually this is in the wrong place because we don't bother to answer questions about what other auction sites do or don't do, especially those imbeciles you're referring to.

Why this got by I don't know but we will help with anything to do with the GunBroker Auctions and related questions.

    Best.

Dave, please do as some of us here have done. Close your accounts with both Fleabay and Paypal, and tell them why. Then, sell your items here on GunBroker.

www.GunBroker.com is THE place to sell guns and gun-related products.
