Can someone put a DOM on these two. No photos, they're 'new'.

S&W Model 19-3 SN 4K55XX, 357 6" never fired, original box.

S&W Model 17-4 SN 95K15XX 22 , 8" never fired, no box.

Ballpark $$ would also be appreciated.
( no glasses..I hope I've not left a leading digit off )

  1974 for the 1st, & 1981 for the 2nd.
