http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTxeMK8f9xIWell it was raining... and I didnt seat the caps all the way... and I might have needed caps bigger than #10... But I fired some lead and pyrodex on wed...
I get a chuckle out of the click and the ring it makes...

you may want to try #11, usually they are just a bit loose and you need to sllightly pinch them oblong to seat them so they won't fall off on their own. 0 -
I save my #10's for my smaller guns. All of my full sized revolvers and rifles want #11's to fire reliably. If they are too loose, just give them a little squeeze just before putting them on the nipple. [:D] 0 -
#10 Remingtons work just fuine on ROAs - least wise on mine they do. #10 CCIs are too small to seat with just capper pressure. CCI 11s should work as should Rem 11s. IMNSHO, Remington 10s are he best all round cap for revolvers. 0 -
I use RWS number 10 on my rugers and never had a misfire in twenty plus years of use. Also only use fff black powder. I use these on all the long guns to. They fit a little tight but never had a problem capping any gun with them. They are getting harder to find around here but highly recommend them if you can find them. 0
