ruger 1v .223

Hi all just wondering how many 1v's was made in 223? and there worth compared to say a 1v 243 or 1v 280? its seems all 3 are scarce but would like to know the diff's. i know ruger don't reveal production #'s but thought maybe someone might have a ideal?
