Does anyone know the year of manufacture for a Remington Model 8 Serial number 14546?

right side of barrel next to reciever are some number/letters..you date from that

Right side of the barrel has "R P" in a circle. Left side has two sets "L P 3" and what looks like "A F 3" The last digit isn't real clear.
